Terms of Use

1. What Znazna is

Znazna is a platform of video maths lessons for primary-school pupils. Lessons follow the school curriculum by grade and may include questions, comprehension checks and an AI helper that explains a step the child does not understand.

Znazna supports learning, but it does not replace school, a teacher or a professional educational assessment.

2. Who can use Znazna

Only adults (a parent or legal guardian) may create an account. Children use Znazna through the parent's account: the parent adds a child (a first name or nickname and a grade) and is responsible for how the child uses the app.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us right away if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Subscription and price

Access to the lessons requires an active subscription. The price is per child:

• monthly: 699 RSD per child,
• yearly: 7,130 RSD per child (about 15% less than paying monthly).

The total depends on the number of children on the account. For example, a monthly subscription for two children is 1,398 RSD. You see the exact amount before paying and on the “Pretplata” (Subscription) screen in the app.

If you add a child while your subscription is active, the child gets access right away and a prorated amount for the rest of the current period is added to your next invoice. To remove a child from the subscription, write to podrska@znazna.com.

Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and are the total amount you pay. If your card is not in dinars, your bank may charge conversion or other fees that we do not control.

We may occasionally offer promotion codes or special prices; the conditions stated with the offer apply.

4. Free trial

A family's first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial covering all children on the account. A card is required to start the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically on the last day of the trial and the subscription continues. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. The trial is offered once per family.

5. Payment and automatic renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) and is charged to the card you provided, until you cancel.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription stops and the lessons are locked until you update your card.

You can see your invoices, card and payment history in the app: Pretplata → Upravljaj pretplatom (Subscription → Manage subscription).

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app (Pretplata → Upravljaj pretplatom) or by writing to podrska@znazna.com.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the lessons are locked. Your account and your children's progress are kept in case you come back.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as provided by consumer protection law. If you write to podrska@znazna.com within 14 days of your first payment saying that you withdraw, we will refund that first payment in full and cancel the subscription.

Apart from that, we do not refund partly used periods (for example, if you cancel in the middle of a month or year), unless the law requires it. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will sort it out.

8. Price changes

We may change the price. We will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

9. Acceptable use

Use Znazna only for personal learning within your family. You may not:

• share your account with people outside your family,
• record, copy, resell or publicly post lessons or other content,
• download content automatically (scripts, bots, scraping),
• try to gain unauthorised access to the system or other accounts, or disrupt Znazna,
• use the AI helper for content unrelated to learning, or for offensive, illegal or harmful content.

10. Content and intellectual property

The lessons, videos, exercises, voice, design, and the Znazna name and logo belong to us or our partners and are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active, in line with these terms.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve Znazna without any obligation to you.

11. AI helper

Some answers and explanations in Znazna are produced with the help of artificial intelligence. We work to keep them accurate and suitable for children, but they may contain mistakes. If something looks wrong, please tell us at podrska@znazna.com.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We try to keep Znazna running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. There may be temporary pauses for maintenance or outages.

We keep developing Znazna: lessons and features may be added, changed or removed. If we shut the service down entirely, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of any paid period.

13. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time by writing to podrska@znazna.com. Please cancel your subscription first.

We may restrict or close an account if these terms are broken, if there is a security risk, or if the law requires it. If we do so through no fault of yours, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

14. Liability

Znazna is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Znazna afterwards, you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, write to podrska@znazna.com. We will reply within 8 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body listed by the Serbian ministry responsible for consumer protection, or to the competent court.
